Many people would argue that you should start chasing your dreams today because tomorrow is too late. In my opinion, I don't think that it's always the right mind to have. When you're feeling down or unmotivated, it's time to take a break and pamper yourself. Exactly the same way as a "cheat day" when you're practising sports.
Do you have a dream you want to achieve or a project that matters a lot? During these times when you're feeling like giving up, take a day off. Let's not be too harsh on ourself... If you push yourself too hard, the work you've been making won't be as smart. Take one day to rest and clear your mind, eat what you've been craving and dream again.
